CATAGEN, a leader in green emissions testing and net zero technologies, is delighted to announce its recognition as one of Ireland’s fastest-growing technology companies at the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Awards 2024. Ranking fifth overall, CATAGEN also received the prestigious Impact Award, presented in association with Meta.
The Deloitte Technology Fast 50 celebrates Ireland’s most innovative companies, ranking them based on four-year revenue growth. This is the fifth year that CATAGEN has been ranked. The Impact Award highlights businesses that have delivered transformative products with significant market impact.
CATAGEN’s success stems from its unique combination of technologies, starting with its patented Omega technology, which revolutionised green emissions testing. This electrically driven solution enables OEMs to test catalysts and aftertreatment systems while cutting costs by 30% and reducing CO₂ emissions by 98%. The Omega supports the mobility sector in meeting stringent tailpipe regulations while setting new sustainability benchmarks.
Building on this foundation, CATAGEN developed ClimaHtech, an integrated platform of advanced climate technologies designed to decarbonise industries. ClimaHtech includes green hydrogen generation (HGEN), bio-hydrogen from waste biomass (BIOHGEN), synthetic e-fuel / SAF production (E-FUEL GEN), carbon capture (CAPTURE), and hydrogen compression (COMPRESSOR). These innovations address hard-to-abate sectors such as aviation, maritime, and heavy industry, offering sustainable alternatives to fossil fuels.
Together, they exemplify CATAGEN’s holistic approach to driving decarbonisation and supporting the global transition to net zero.
