CATAGEN, a global leader in green emissions testing, is proud to announce the continuation of its official supplier relationship with Ducati, one of the world’s most iconic motorcycle manufacturers.
Since 2020, CATAGEN and Ducati have collaborated to pioneer cleaner, high-performance motorcycles that meet stringent global emissions standards. In 2025, this partnership remains as strong as ever – with CATAGEN playing a central role in supporting Ducati’s aftertreatment development, emissions compliance, and the successful launch of multiple new vehicles this year.
Using CATAGEN’s patented synthetic recirculating gas reactor, Ducati is able to replicate real-world exhaust conditions with exceptional repeatability and reproducibility. This technology, combined with CATAGEN’s catalysis expertise, provides independent full-scale emissions testing and advanced simulation, helping Ducati bring vehicles to market faster while adhering to Euro 5+ and other legislative requirements. To date, CATAGEN has completed 60 projects and more than 7,000 hours of catalyst ageing specifically for Ducati, demonstrating the scale, trust, and technical impact of the partnership.
